Fried Masala Maggi … 

I know many people might think what a stupid post. Everybody knows how to make Maggi it just takes 2 minutes ( which it definitely doesn’t) . But still so many people are there nowadays who struggle to even boil water making Maggi will be like bang there head on and at last say let’s take home delivery 😂😂

Simple Maggi is easy . Boil water, drop the noodles ,add the spices ,mix them and cook them . But Maggi can be made more interesting in various ways so that you don’t end up eating boiled Maggi everytime and get bored. Today I will post the recipe for my super easy yet tasty fried masala maggi . It’s tastes heavenly if you add scrambled eggs, fried chicken chunks or so on as per your liking. This will be Vegetarian Maggi but you can add all these items to make it more fun and tasty.

Maggi is the best friend for every hotelier, pg people , college people, toddlers even the elders enjoy Maggi .It’s tasty , super fast to make and you enjoy eating it everytime. So let’s make Maggi 😬😬😬


Ingredients :

Maggi – 1 packet

Onion – 1 small size chopped

Red chilli – 1 chopped

Garlic – 2/3 pods chopped

Ginger -1/2 tspn chopped

Salt to taste

Pepper – 1/4 tspn

Maggi masala

Thyme ,rosemary ,basil and oregano -1/2 to 1 tspn mixed depending on your taste or you can find a mixed herbs packet which already contains these herbs.

Oil for frying


1 tspn Chopped cashew and raisins for garnish

Method :

1. Boil the Maggi as per instruction. After straining the water out pour ice cold water in the noodles and drain again . This is done so that it stops the overcooking of the noodles . Drizzle a bit of oil ,salt and pepper in it . Mix well and keep aside.

2. In a pan heat oil and add the onions , ginger-garlic and chillies and fry for about 5 mins . Add the noodles and fry for a min or two then add the Maggi masala, herbs mix and mix for another 5-7 mins .

3. It’s done . 😂😂 No step 3 . See it’s so easy peasy to make. You can also add chopped cooked chicken , eggs ,bacon in step 2 and make your Maggi more yummy. Garnish with cashew and raisins and have this anytime . I promise it’s will make your tummy so happy.
